Important Disclosures

Plain Green, LLC is a tribal lending entity wholly owned by the Chippewa Cree Tribe of the Rocky Boy’s Indian Reservation, Montana, a sovereign nation located within the United States of America, and we operate within the Tribe’s Reservation. For loans that are approved and accepted by 11:30 a.m. MT (Monday–Friday, excluding bank holidays), loans will be funded the same day. Loans that are approved and accepted after 11:30 a.m. MT (Monday–Friday, excluding bank holidays) and before 4:00 p.m. MT (Monday–Friday) will be funded the following business day. Note that errors in your application, particularly with bank routing and account numbers, will impact our ability to fund and cause delays. In some cases, a customer service representative may contact you to verify your information before we can finalize and approve your loan. The maximum loan amount for your initial loan is $1,000. Refer to Loan Cost & Terms for additional details. We provide complete disclosures of APR, fees and payment terms in the Loan Agreement.

VIP Rewards members may have the option to fund to a debit card. By choosing Funding to Debit Card you are indicating that you would like to have your loan proceeds sent immediately upon the completion of the required loan documentation to your debit card. A valid debit card must be on file and associated with your account. Loans to qualified returning customers that are approved and accepted will be credited to the account attached to the debit card number, provided your card is part of our lending network. You understand that the Funding to Debit Card delivery service is an OPTIONAL service and is not a condition of you receiving a loan from Plain Green. Note that errors in your application will impact our ability to fund and cause delays. In some cases, a customer service representative may contact you to verify your information before we can finalize and approve your loan.

You acknowledge that by completing and submitting the website application that you are applying for a loan. We verify applicant information through national databases including, but not limited to, Clarity, Experian, TransUnion, FactorTrust, DataX and Equifax, and we may pull your credit in order to determine your eligibility and ability to repay.

By submitting this application, you are giving your express written consent for Plain Green, LLC’s network of lenders to contact you regarding financial programs and services that you might qualify for using email, telephone or text—including use of automated technology, for calls or texts to the number you provided here. Plain Green will extend the term of the loan and it may result in additional interest charges. Extensions are not available if your payment is the following business day and Plain Green has already processed your payment or transaction. Extensions are not available if you have already extended the maximum time frame and have not made a payment; your loan may not be extended again during this time period. We will never charge you any “hidden fees” that are not fully disclosed in the Loan Agreement or the Loan Cost & Terms. Late fees and non-sufficient funds/returned item fees may apply as described in your Loan Agreement. By authorizing us to process your payment electronically, you are authorizing us to process payment debit entries out of your bank account by using any commercially available methods that we choose, such as, but not limited to, ACH entries, remote checks or transactions through your debit card accessing your bank account. If you fail to repay your loan in accordance with its terms, we may place your loan with, or sell your loan to, a third-party collection agency or other company that acquires and/or collects delinquent consumer debt.

We adhere to the principles of the federal Fair Debt Collection Practices Act (FDCPA). Because we may report your payment history to one or more credit bureaus, late or non-payment of your loan may negatively impact your credit rating.

Plain Green, LLC is not intended to be a long-term financial solution. Plain Green loans are designed to help you meet your short-term, emergency borrowing needs. Appropriate emergencies might be a car repair, medical care for you or your family, travel expenses in connection with your job, etc. Our loans are not intended to provide a solution for longer-term credit or other financial needs. Alternative forms of credit, such as a credit card cash advance, personal loan, home equity line of credit, existing savings, or borrowing from a friend or relative, may be less expensive and more suitable for your financial needs.
